Linux Instructions

You may need to add some paths to your LD_LIBRARY_PATH before you run a program of mine.

Graphics applications need /usr/lib64 in LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

Ubuntu instead needs /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu, or

/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu.

To use CUDA in Chromasound Studio, please make sure your CUDA and cuDNN installations are in LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

They are often both installed in /usr/local/cuda. Also add /usr/lib64, or on Ubuntu,

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu, or

/usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu.

AppImages are executed just like ordinary Linux executables.

On systems using Pipewire for audio (like Ubuntu), you will need to install Chromasound Studio.conf into

~/.config/Nir Jacobson before running Chromasound Studio.
